Hi, I’m Essie. I’m an editor and story designer who works with sapphic and queer authors.
I care deeply about these stories—not just as ideas, but as books that deserve to be taken seriously, shaped with intention, and given a real chance to succeed. My approach is thoughtful and honest: I’ll meet you where you are, ask hard questions when they matter, and take your work as seriously as you do.
Who am I?
My Job? Story Design.
I work alongside authors from early exploration to final presentation.
